Yay, toast with cinnamon sugar. I haven't had this in a long time. It totally used to be my favorite.

I made some couscous from a mix for lunch, but I had to leave so I brought it with me. Yum.

I've been craving Chicken Cashew Stir-fry for ages, but I had seasoned my new wok yet and it's so much easier to cook in the wok than the cast iron frying pan. Finally seasoned it today and the stir-fry turned out delicious, if a bit spicy. I didn't measure the red pepper flakes and I guess got a little over enthusiastic. Anyways, it was tasty and Amanda came over to help me eat it.

I finally got my new computer today! I'm so excited. It's so nice. I love having a laptop again. I'll probably be a lot better about posting now.

I woke up this morning quite late and not feeling very well. Eventually I made myself some Top Ramen, which I haven't eaten in ages. Sometimes it's perfect.

Frozen raspberries are easy on the stomach and a nice thing to snack on.

But I also had to finish up the last of the ice cream. Time to go shopping!

I still wasn't feeling great, so I made myself some tea.

I forgot how delicious almonds are!!

Woke up after a long, wet night (it rained and we forgot the rainfly) and had some tea (our cups melted so we had to use bottles) and Fruit 'Splosions. Healthy breakfast, eh?

And how good does a hot dog sound first thing in the morning? It was about all we had left.

We stopped at a teriyaki place in Ellensburg for lunch on the way home. I got sweet and sour chicken, and then ate the rest of it for dinner later.

It's always good when you dig ice cream right out of the carton.

So I pretty much forgot to take pictures all day. I had some sausage Mackale cooked in the morning, but then I started feeling pretty yucky. We went to Mommy Yum Yum's in Ephrata for lunch and I just ate fried rice. At the Gorge, I got some yakisoba. It was really awful. The chicken was somehow crunchy and dried out and they put teriyaki sauce on top of the whole thing.

We stopped by McDonald's on the way back to Sun Lakes (we camped there) and I had a Chipotle BBQ snackwrap. I don't usually like McDonald's, but they're actually really good!

Fruit Loops are yummy. I ate some while Justina and I waited for Mackale and Jamie to pick us up.

I don't even remember what we ate for lunch on the way to E. Wa. I think we stopped somewhere, but I can't remember. We made hot dogs and macaroni for dinner though.

Mackale also bought me an ice cream cone after we all played miniature golf but I forgot to take a picture.

Yeah, toast. We've got some weird fake butter stuff though, and it makes the toast go all soggy. Kinda sucks. Otherwise toast is awesome.

This quesadilla got cooked just a little longer than I wanted.

Some sort of whole wheat pasta and spaghetti sauce with ground turkey for dinner. I like it when my mom cooks.

I'll be gone for a couple days starting tomorrow, so there won't be anything posted until Monday probably. Not that I post real regularly anyways, but this time I've actually got a reason. Justina and I are going to the Warped Tour with Jamie and Mackale. They had free tickets and camping will be fun. So what if I don't like any of the bands? Free! Camping! It'll be fun.

I love actually eating breakfast, especially when it's sugary and not very good for you.

Yeah, chips are good. Especially when they're spicy.

I spent the day with Alex because she's leaving for college on Friday. We went to Wendy's, so many good times with her involve Wendy's. Of course we both had the Spicy Chicken Fillet. Oh so good.

I ate this GIANT nectarine when I got home, after making Alex promise to come say goodbye tomorrow.

And some really gross frozen pizza.

I made some toast for breakfast.

And then wayyy too many nachos for lunch.

(I ate less than half of those.) I ate punctuation mark after that.

It was insanely hot, so I grabbed a bag of frozen raspberries as I left. I was glad I did when my car was basically an oven.

Farmer's market tamales again.

And yucky microwave popcorn. Blech.

All my mom had in the car this morning was some licorice she got at Trader Joe's, so I ate a couple pieces for "breakfast."

I made this with cheddar, but I don't really like grilled cheese with sharp cheddar, which is all we had.

Mmm, more Trader Joe's goodies, chocolate covered almonds with sea salt and turbinado sugar.

Leftover chicken, fresh broccoli.

More leftover pad thai! Looks more disgusting each day, doesn't it?

My mom made some baked chicken and potatoes and vegetables for dinner. I love potatoes cooked this way.

Justina and I made cupcakes! Always fun. Party Rainbow Chip cake mix with cream cheese frosting dyed using Neon food coloring and decorated in our usual random manner.
